Is there an iOS7 compatible tweak that will prevent the phone from downloading updates and filling up my storage with useless update files for the next version of iOS?

I had one for iOS6 before I updated to 7, but I've both forgotten what it was called and am unable to find one that says it works with 7...

at night cover your camera with some electrical tape though, the NSA watches over you when you sleep. Its part of evasion.
