I accidentally deleted an email on my iPhone and cannot figure out how to recover it (it was an email under my iCloud email account.) Is there a way to recover it via Time Machine? I thought i found a way to do it, but it doesn't give me an option to restore it..

How long ago was the email deleted?
Have you looked in the Trash of your online iCloud Mail?

Was it ever on your Mac? Time Machine wouldn't have a copy if the email was never on your Mac…nor would it if it wasn't on the Mac long enough to have been backed up by TM.
When did the email arrive? When did you delete it? Was there a Time Machine backup performed between those two events?
