Is it just me , or isnt there a actual section in the app store showing apps for the apple watch? , whats the best way to see which apps have been designed or updated to include apple watch.

Using the app store, it will give an icon to tell you if the app supports the Apple Watch.
I'd love to see some sort of implementation in iTunes though, a whole separate section devoted to Apple Watch apps.
