Is there an e-mail notifier for MobileMe (similar to Gmail Notifier) for Firefox?

Like the title says...I'd like to have something prompt me that I have a new e-mail to check. I use Win7 and don't really use Outlook. For my Gmail, there is a nice Gmail Notifier program that integrates into the menu bar.

Anything similar out there that would work with MobileMe Mail? Thanks!

It's not specifically for MobileMe, but if you set it up to check your MM mail via IMAP, it should would just fine.
