I ordered something and it was shipped with a Newgistics tracking number. The tracking number links to this website -

Does this site look legit? I tried typing the tracking number into that site and it led me to another site called http://www.17track.net

I had to click this (screenshot below) and agree to their terms and privacy.

Of course I did that and the item cannot be tracked right now.

Wondering if there’s any way I could have been hacked or if that’s even possible on the iPhone 11 on iOS 13.5.1?

Try googling “is 17track.net legitimate” And you will learn others experience. Hacked? Unlikely, probably no. But theoretically possible. Is anyone likely interested in hacking you?
