Is this a full install version of Snow Leopard, or an upgrade?

I have a box I bought way back when with a family-pack of Mac OS X Snow Leopard install DVD. The version is 10.6 and there's a number on the side of the box 'MC224Z/A'. The 'Requirements' don't say there has to be a previous OS. I can post photos if needed.

If it came in a box and it's a white disc, it's a full installer.
