Hi, I recently upgraded to iPhone 7.
I transferred over all of my apps however snapchat and messenger were stuck 'waiting to download' for hours so in an attempt to reboot, I deleted the apps from my phone, reset iphone and tried to re install the apps. All that happens now is that when I search for Snapchat or Messenger in the app store, the little square in the circl appears next to the app - if you press on the icon, nothing happens! They wont load/update and they cant be deleted!
I have tried resetting my phone, tried rebooting the app store - I have tried deleting and reinstalling the apps from my computer.
Nothing is working! Does anyone have any ideas? I think the only thing left to do is restore my phone and I dont want to do that!!
