Resolved Issue with my Apple Watch

My Apple Watch has worked perfectly since I got it on Friday up until today.

Since I've put my watch on this morning I am getting alerts on both my iPhone and watch at the same time even though I'm using my iPhone the alert is still coming to my watch and even when my iPhone screen is off and locked I'm getting the alert on my watch and iPhone screen will light up whereas it shouldn't (or hasn't previously).
Also noticed that the heart rate monitor isn't working every 10 mins and only working when I manually go in and check.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Should have mentioned that I done this.

Thinking about starting fresh to see what happens.

I have worked out what the issue is. I had Wrist Detection set to off (turned this off this morning as I kept activating the screen when driving), this caused the notifications on both iPhone and Watch.
