I went to the Apple store at 2905 E. Skyline Dr in Tucson Arizona I had to have my phone checked on January 11, 2021 to make sure there was nothing wrong with my phone my iPhone 8 plus

So I went in there and I backed up all my stuff out but I did a back to back up audit and I had over 500 contacts and Google 260 for the iOS.

My battery was running at 70% so I decided instead of spending $900 on another phone which is not gonna help the issues with Apple because Apple doesn’t care about any other programming errors that’s going on I decided out of battery and a new battery and then I asked him to have my battery back or no you can’t have your battery back it’s my battery belongs to me and not you.

I left the store needless to say I only had 64 contacts in my phone. And of course I went to settings I sent it to my Gmail account to reload my contacts and guess what it did not work with the new battery in the iPhone.

Thank God I got on my computer my I my MacBook Pro and all my contacts were in my Gmail so why if I sign into my Gmail on my iPhone why would my contacts would not load.

I had to reinstall all my contacts from my Gmail on my MacBook computer from Google account to my iOS system that’s one major issue

You cannot trust the back up problem you cannot trust their iCloud

If you have your phones your iPad your MacBooks everything set in settings for them to do automatic updates heads up people it doesn’t work the only way you can get your updates done is if you shut the update button off and turn it back on and then you get a notice that you have an update otherwise the update button does not work on any of your Apple devices there is a huge glitch in your system and the Apple products.

Here’s another issue I went back January 12, 2021 for my iPhone in my backpack to be checked again for any glitches in the system

Well here’s a heads up the guy at Dominick at the Apple store 2905 E. Skyline Dr. screwed up everything he said he backed up all my contacts backed up my photos and videos needless to say he lost all my videos and lost all of my photos he did not properly break it up properly.

Supervisor manager is this Vicki her title is the supervisor manager senior and she says customers are responsible for their data.

Customers go to Apple Store to get tech support and help with their Apple products and they deserve to see a technician that is knowledgeable on Apple products technicality the Apple store and the technicians are responsible for all your data and everything they do with your product.

Stop by Apple we need to hold the Apple company responsible for all legacy devices and have them fix everything properly instead of coming out with a new device the only thing they’re doing is making the CPU go faster the refresh rate faster the camera better more bigger hard drive that’s all they’re doing

Apple needs to be responsible for all legacy devices and glitches in their system here is another glitch

If you go to Apple Store with your iPhone and you have them restore everything on it here’s a heads up people they send you a one time pass code?

They will not send you the passcode to the device that you are working on they send it to another device that you have your MacBook your iPad air MacBook Air whatever so guess what if you don’t have that product with you you’ll never get the one time pass code you’ll be totally screwed by

OK you cannot publish a manifesto and expect people to read this whole thing without some reason. I’m not sure if you were just copying and pasting this in every single place you can find but you have to keep it short and sweet if you want people to read it

The furthest I got into it was your contacts weren’t backed up. You can check what’s in iCloud from a web browser just to make sure everything you think is there is there. I’ve never had an issue with iCloud backing up my contacts or anything.

Also it’s your responsibility to make sure your data is backed up. When you take a device to Apple you agree that they are not responsible for your data. You sign something saying this. Every computer place you take a device to will make you sign something like this. No one wants to be responsible for someone else’s data that’s why it’s your responsibility to back up your own data
