Hi, suddenly I received an imessage from Apple saying that "Apple Store: Good news! Items in order [deleted] shipped." I did not place any order. I went to the apple.com store but I could not search by order number. The last product I ordered was few months ago. What is happening? Is this some kind of scam?

You could call Apple. Give them the order number that you see in the post, and you should find out very quickly that the order is not yours - or they already know it is bogus.
Otherwise, ignore the post.

OK. I will go through that annoying phone bot.

Sounds like a phishing attempt. I would follow up with apple from their direct site and not use any links or phone numbers from the text.

The phone bot transferred me to tech support. The guy suspected a phishing attempt. Then, he transferred me to the Sales Department. The lady did not tell me what that order is all about but after checking my account, she told me that the one who placed that order has completely different personal information. I also checked my visa card account and no money was charged by Apple. She suspected that the person entered my phone number by mistake.

That message did come from apple.com and I could log in to my account from that link. However, no recent order was listed. So next time I should not click any link?
