Itunes 12.3.2.35

Hi guys, I run a MacBook Pro 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 8GB of memory. Im currently running OS x Mountain Lion 10.8.5 and my Itunes is at 12.3.2.35. It simply won't open. Look at the screenshot I uploaded ! Need help !

I've seen this on Twitter a couple of times. I don't remember exactly which file, but deleting a certain file in iTunes folder seems to solve the problem. If you do a search, you will come across the solution. But back up your computer before deleting file(s)!
