Hey guys, when my iPad Mini 1 is not connected to my computer running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1, iTunes auto detects the iPad mini 1 being connected and keeps on happening since previous versions of iTunes like in 2014 and has never been fixed by Apple engineers. Also when I was trying to restore my iPhone 5s back to iOS 9.3.2 from iOS 10 Developer Beta 1, I originally got an error code of 4009 but replaced by random error codes like 4013 and 9 and still happening. How can I fix the bug when iTunes says that my iPad is connected and is not?
