Resolved iTunes is showing a purchased movie as not purchased

I bought Deadpool when it came out and put it on my iPad, iPhone, and MacBook Air. I went to add it to a new iPad and it's showing the price instead of the download arrow. It's also not on my Air anymore. I looked on all of my devices and it isn't in my list of purchased movies even though it's listed in my purchase history.

It does that with movies that I have purchased as well. They still show up under my purchases though so I don't care.
