iTunes Library Error after getting and synching Watch

Got my Space Black Watch just now, synched it with my iPhone, and suddenly started getting hundreds of iTunes errors: "The iTune Library file cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (-54)." I checked permissions and did disk repairs on the iMac main drive and my secondary (external) drive and they were fine. Normal for initial setup of watch, or...something else going on and not a coincidence?

I'd say coincidence... I haven't heard of this happening with anyone else.
