iPad iTunes TV Shows are not syncing watched status

Between iTunes on my mac and Videos on my iPad and iPhone the watched status does not appear to be syncing and it is annoying.

On my mac, all but one tv shows in my library are marked as watched, on my iPad all by one tv show have the blue dot next to the series indicating unwatched. Funny enough, the show that is marked as watched on my iPad is the same show that is marked as unmatched on my Mac as i watched it on my iPad.

Any thoughts on how i can have the watched flag in sync? i really don't want to see all these blue dots on my iPad.
