J5Create USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI Multi Monitor

Hello all.

I have a Mac Mini M1 and am on macOS Monterrey (12.4). I use the referenced adapter to connect two HDMI monitors to my Mac Mini (or try to).

1.) I downloaded the driver
2.) Installed it
3.) Restarted
4.) Plugged in the USB
5.) Allowed the USB Monitor via Security and Privacy/General
6.) Check the box in Privacy/Screen Recording next to DJTVirtualDisplayAgent

Although the Mac recognizes the monitors, the screens are both grey.

I have uninstalled and repeated the above steps several times to no avail.

Any insight or feedback on what I can do to correct it? Thank you.

Got off the phone with J5Create. Apparently because both my monitors are the same make/model/model # ... the mac can't differentiate. They are working on a fix for this known issue
