Javascript Integrated Development Environment

I'm looking for a Javascript IDE (integrated development environment). I don't care if it runs under Mac OS X or if it runs under Windows.

I'm still looking for a Javascript IDE. Today I learned that Netscape and ActiveState plan to co-develop a Javascript IDE based on ActiveState's Komodo product, but I learned from their product manager that they are still deciding what features it will include. So it doesn't sound imminent.

If anyone knows of a Javascript IDE product that already exists, please let me know.
