Unfortunately, this kind of thing happens all the time. I don't see it as "really big news." And sadly, many forum members help fund this kind of behavior by knowingly buying fake Apple (and other banded products).
That’s a bit different than buying a fake cheap apple silicone case off Ali express, not that I do anyway.
At least Jerry has the platform to shame them, and the money to take them to court. What about the millions of others that get their IP stolen ?
Casetify, according to the video, downloaded the photos and reused it for their cases. Pretty ballsy. I'm glad they were caught red handed.
