iPhone Keyboard Bug on 9.3.1

when i try to reply to twitter, telegram, whatsapp or whatever from the lockscreen, the keyboard doesnt show up. it does work with iMessage however.

also if i quickreply from the springboard the keyboard is sometimes too far down. i have to hit the emoji button for it to adjust properly.

no 3rd party keyboard installed. anyone else?

I've also noticed some keyboard bug as well, and iMessage would go black screen sometime as well.

There is a bug when you switch between Chinese keyboard and Emoji. Basically once you are on emoji, you cannot switch back to the Chinese keyboard, the switch button just doesn't work.
