iPad Keyboard only shows 50% of the time on my iPad

I have a 2018 12.9in iPad Pro on the latest version of iOS 13, and only 50% of the time does my keyboard appear. If it doesn't, I have to close the app, such as Safari, then open it again to get it working. I've had this on and off since I started using iOS 13. It will randomly go for a week or two, then appear again randomly. Restarting the device, etc, makes no difference.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, this is happening to me too (1G 12.9” Pro).
