Guys,

Hoping you can help - I've read the threads on the forum and a lot of you are very knowledgable.

I've got a 2019 MacBook Pro Retina and for the past few months I havre had a virus / malware issue. I've taken it to Apple, spoken to Apple Support and even contacted and visited several Indi specialists.

The issue is that no matter how often they wipe the slate clean via Disk Utility, I have unknown passwords etc inside my keychain and its something that they unfortunately know very little about. Happy to post / pay someone to sort this crap out. There are files that I can't seem to delete as it says I have no permission to do that.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Thank you!
