Hi all,

I use outlook 2016 for my work on my mac and i am running into a bit of an issue.

My work uses exchange; however, the way the system is set up if you try to login 5x it locks you out. The system also forces you to change your pw every 4 months.

I think accidentally at one point i must have hit save to keychain and so now every time i open up outlook, it automatically tries to use the old pw from keychain (my guess) and it locks me out. I have to quickly unlock it and then try again and it eventually works.

My whole point is that i see some values in keychain about exchange and microsoft and i want to delete it. I never messed with keychain and am scared to delete anything.

Can anyone guide me on what is safe to delete or not? I've heard that keychain is integrated into the OS so i just don't want to break anything.

I'd be happy to send any screen shots that would help.

Appreciate any help!

I am 10.10.5 actually.
