iPad Keychain not downloading to new iPad

Unless it’s slow and I’m not giving it enough time, my ipad is syncing everything except my passwords saved in Keychain. Anything I can or need to do to get them to sync? iCloud>Keychain is turned On on both my iPhone and ipad, but the ipad has nothing in Settings>Passwords & Accounts

iOs 13.5.1 is working poorly for icloud related services, you're not alone. I'm not even able to activate such option. We'll have to wait until the next update.

I would not say that is universally true. I'm not having any 13.5.1 iCloud issues on my phone or iPad.

Any progress on this? Does rebooting help? Are you on 13.5.1?

Yes, overnight it ended up syncing. Guess it was just slow.
