Keychain Reset

I have a user who is being prompted to reset her keychain whenever she logs on to a wireless network. It doesn't matter what network, she gets prompted to reset. Would deleting and recreating her keychain solve this? I have not seen this behavior before so I have no clue about the cause. The hardware is an M1 Macbook Pro.

Have you had her go ahead and to the reset? If that doesn't work, then you could try the following:
