I have the app store (not steam) copy of kotor 2 and it plays fine, i then tried to install the TSLRCM_en.pkg aspyr offers but i dont think its working.
according to the instructions

i should just need to install the .pkg file, but when i do that the splash screen looks normal and says version 1.0.2
but on aspyrs mod page it should look like this?

so basically im curious is it only the steam version that shows the modified splash screen and 1.8.3 version number or can anyone confirm if the app store version does as well?
if the app store version doesn't change is there any quick way i can determine if the mod is enabled?
I dont want to play through half the game just to learn i would need to fix it and restart
