KVM switch between PC and Macbook. Whats the most reliable?

I've heard horror stories of KVM switches that take 2 minutes to switch over. Anyone know of a very reliable KVM switch that can handle the switch between mac and PC for keyboards, and speakers? The monitors, I can keep separate for now...


I was looking at the F1DG102U but I've seen some bad reviews on those...
