Lagging flash player 10.7.5

Hello,
I have a lot trouble with flash player using Google Chrome and Safari. On fullscreen mode all videos are lagging and sound is delayed (sometimes helps quitting fullscreen mode and turning it on for 10+ times, but usually not). Could you help me out with my issue?

My specs: Mac Pro 8x 2.66 GHz, 12gb DDR2 ram, nVidia 8800gt and OS X 10.7.5.

Sorry for my poor english grammar, I'm still learning :)
