Daughter got new iphone 7 in November; developed a fault so backed it up and took to Apple Store; got replacement phone and restored it from back up; that phone developed a fault too and so today she got another new phone. We didn't get to back it up but she said she didn't have anything of great importance since last back up in January; however when we went to restore it from back up the computer isn't showing January's back up, only the one from November. She is really upset as had lots of important photos from Christmas/family times that we can't get on her phone now! Any advice welcome please!

Did she make an iCloud backup? Have her check iCloud as that backup may have been done automatically (that is if she uses iCloud).
