I have AirPods 2nd generation A2031 and the left earbud is not working. After I put the earbud in my ear, the silver end is down, I get nothing. No sound out of it. As I move the silver end upward towards the middle part of the ear, I hear sound out of the left earbud. However, as I move the silver end back down the sound will disappear.
The right earbud is fine. I am guessing there is something internally wrong with the left earbud. I am not sure it can be fixed other than replacing it.
