Resolved Letter count for Twitter?

Hello,

I am looking for an Off Line calculator which counts the number of characters or letters in a text to use for twitter with spelling check and multilingual

I know I can use Microsoft Office Word app or something similar, but I want an app more robust and for the task described.

Something like this, but Not Online

Are you on Catalina?

Because if you aren't, there's a Dashboard widget for that! Despite its name it also counts the number of characters.
