LG 27md5kl B monitor With Dell Tower

I recently stumbled across an lg 27md5kl b monitor that has 3 USB C inputs and a Thunderbolt input. I have an older Dell tower with windows 11 and I7 8700 processor and a AMD Raedon RX 570 GPU card with display port and HDMI outputs.

What sort of connector cables and or adapters do I need to be able to use the LG 27MD5KL b monitor with the dell tower? I have read many things online about what I need but unsure who or what to believe.

Thanks for al the help guys, I took it to the dump today, it is of no use without being able to hook it up.

That may be true but I cant sell it if I don't know if it works, in the mean time it was taking up space, I did try a couple of different cables but no luck getting a picture, it seemed the Thunderbolt connection was loose perhaps that is why. In any case I put it in an area for re use hopefully someone else can get it to work.
