3D scan your face with e.g. Polycam, and put it into Unreal MetaHuman Creator, then animate yourself, or 3d print yourself.
There are several youtube tutorials.
I mess around with couple with the idea of using professionally. I haven't been impressed with the 3d scanning or the AR capabilities to chance any of the expensive apps and app subscriptions. The free ones WAY overpromise with their demos that what I've been able to actually use. I don't think its particularly useful yet, but a good indicator of what is to come. Id like a true seamless 3d sphere camera.
