iPhone List of apps take notes with Siri on your iPhone that you know of?

I add notes constantly on the go to my iPhone (not Apple Watch, not a Mac- iPhone only). I'm looking for more options (and what to say) to leave notes in different apps just by voice/Siri to keep some things separate. Any others we can add to this list would be very much appreciated. Paid apps are fine. Just that it can be completely hands free and take a note of some version...

1) on the go.
2) just with Siri
3) on an iPhone.


Apple Notes: "Hey Siri, new note"
Apple Reminders: "Hey Siri, remind me....."
Drafts: "Hey Siri, Create Note in Drafts." or "Hey Siri, Using Drafts, create a note." (2nd option is more reliable.)

Look at notability It has all kinds of note taking functions. It works across all Apple devices and is crazy cool . For a longtime it was the number one app in the app store.
