iPhone Live Photo editing gone?

Ever since I installed iOS 13 I haven’t been able to find Live Photo editing. I know you can trim the photo length and choose the key frame, but I can’t find the effects you could apply to them in older versions (bounce, long exposure, etc). Are they limited to new devices now? Or were they removed in iOS 13? Or am I completely missing something?

Still there for me, swipe the photo up for the bounce, long exposure etc and then tap edit on the photo for the trimming and key frame options.
