Resolved Lock apps into place

Hi all,
I'm just wondering if there is any app to lock my apps into place, so that when they all jiggle I can't move them without "unlocking" them first (like tapping on a little icon next to them). Sometimes when I move an icon to the page to the left or right, the icon that is to the far side of the screen moves out of the way before the screen changes, because I have gridlock it means the app moves and I have to fix it later...which is a pain.

I think I've seen this on a YouTube video once, but I can't recall which one...

This is not what I'm after. I don't need the whole password or anything and it doesnt even lock it into place anyway, I can still move the apps (or folders).

Using a password is an option, u can hide iProtect from ur springboard
if u don't want it to be visible.
