When using the Mark as Lost Option for a Mac from the Find My application, you're given the option to enter a message that will be shown when someone turns it on. For example, one might include a reward if found with phone number message. While the Lock process works, the Mac will not show the message when someone turns it on and instead shows only the Activate Mac screen and the only option is to enter the user password. This issue doesn't occur on my Intel MacBook and the lock message is properly shown. This is happening on MacOS 12.0.1 and did provide feedback to Apple.
