So I updated to iOS 4.3.2 and jailbroke it via redsn0w. I backed up my data beforehand with AptBackup. After the Apple update (not the shift-restore update), the jailbreak was gone as expected and everything was in place, all my apps were there, all my settings, etc. After I jailbroke it, it was fine. I downloaded AptBackup and pressed restore. It took ~8 minutes, and when it completed, all my jailbreak mods & apps were there. BUT! All of my normal, non-jailbreak, non-default apps were gone! Now I have to spend 1 hour syncing my 8GB of apps back.
Is it because I locked them with Locktopus?

FIXED. iTunes recognized my 8GB of apps as "Other", then detected the apps and now it's back to normal.
