iPad logitech problems with combo keyboard

My logitech combo fell and multiple of the keys stopped working. are there any fixes that could be done?
I have tried resetting my ipad, disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard to the case, and nothing has worked.

Install the Logitech app. Start it. Press simultaneously Q W E on the Combo and then tapp the globe (on the screen not the keyboard) in the Logitech app.
