Logitech VX pan

I'm trying to configure my logitech to pan in 3d applications (Sketchup, VectorWorks). Normally central button is required to do this, but on Logitech Control Center there isn't this option. I'm only able to choose click, advance click and click lock, witch seems to be central button, but there have not being results.

I've also tried USB Overdrive with no results. Any idea??
