Long Press Notifications not working

When I long press on a notification from either the Lock Screen or the notification centre, it fails to display anything. If I restart my phone it works for a day or 2 and then stops working again. This happens for all apps including the messages app. I am using an iPhone 12 running 15.2 but I have had this issue since iOS 15. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated
