I couldn’t resist being without my Apple Watch any longer, so I drove home and got it, then went for my first walk in months!
I closed my exercise ring, so the rest should close throughout the day.
Going to see if I can keep this going, as I need to shift this 2.5 stones that medication has put on me!
I didn’t do my usual route, as that would have been boring (to me.) Instead, I went to a local park and circled it, until my exercise ring closed. I listened to a podcast, which was entertaining.
