I'm on the lookout for an app that will let me build a multi song audio mix offline so I can come back to it and refine over time before exporting the final mix to a new audio file.

- I'm looking to build a multitrack mix by importing songs and time stretching them all to the same BPM.
- Where each track overlaps, I need to control the volume (automation?) so I mix from one track to the other.
- As a bonus, any kind of warp markers to fine tune the beat matching during the overlap sections.
