iPad Looking for iPad VNC/Screen Sharing app with Mac

Hello!

As per the title, I am looking for an iPad VNC/Screen Sharing app to connect to a Mac. However, I am looking for one that will work without any additional software on the Mac. I already have Screen Sharing set up and available internet-wide through Server. So, is there an app that can just connect to this available protocol?
