Looking for keyboard / mouse clicker app

As above .... have a need to avoid AFK timeouts, so looking for something to send a configurable keystroke or mouse click every x seconds/minutes

Tried MadKey on the App Store but doesn't work very well.

If anyone knows how to create something in the Shortcuts app, then I'm up for that too.
