I’m shopping around for iPad wall mounts for an install job.
Objective, iPads installed outside conference room as room schedulers/occupancy/digital signage.
There’s currently no option for installations where the iPad would stay in the enclosure permanently and stay charged, so the iPads would have to be removed every night for charging and re-docked in the morning by the security staff.
Here’s what I’m currently searching for on Google, but I figured I’d take a pit stop here and see if anyone would have some extra insight:
-Wall mount for iPad (mini preferable, or 2017 iPad)
-Quick mount/release WITH a lock mechanism for security
-Covers home button/camera
-Mounting either on Wood or Glass
-White color preferable, but open to other colors depending on availability
The quick mount and release is to make the task of placing/removing the iPads easier for the security team who would be handling about 5 of these daily.
