MP All Models Loud beep and all lights on RAM tray Mac Pro?

Super loud beep and a bunch of lights coming off my Mac Pro. It didn’t do this a week ago.
Trying to sell it; I can’t now because of this.
It boots but has a super high pitched whine/beep.

Try with one Ram Riser,

If you find the culprit pull Ram Sticks until you find the bad ones
