Hey,

I bought a Macbook Air M1 yesterday. And I have set up things without the charger plugged then charged till its battery is 100%. After it's finished charging I unplugged the charger and watched movies with chrome. But suddenly at 60%, my MBA shut down, so I tried to reboot but it keeps shutting down so I plugged the charger then I started but the battery indicator shows 1%.

I thought it was some kind of software issue, so I updated my MBA. Then I charged till the battery is 100% and after it's finished charging I turned it off and I slept. In the morning I charged 2 more hours to make sure it's fully charged. So I unplugged the charger and now it's working 3 hours by the battery but the battery indicator is stuck at 100%.

I don't know what to do. To be clear my MBA is not refurbished.

Update

A few days ago I reinstalled MacOS. Now the battery indicator seems working fine, but the battery draining fast.
Working straight 11hours only chrome opened at 70% brightness.
