you look at the top right, the rubber is slightly separated. The Apple Store said that they can't just fix this part alone the entire display needs to be replaced. Should I replace it?

I’m not sure I understand the question- “should I replace it.” Which it?

Should you let Apple replace the display under warranty? Yes.

Should you try to replace the rubber bit on your own? No, that’d be daft.

If it's under warranty, take it back to Apple and let them fix it.

Stop hedging. Just go and get it done.
