Mac acting strange

Hi everyone, My mac has been really slow recently and when I was in Minecraft, the game froze and suddently the mac restarted for no reason. I was panicking so I was spamming force quit and it didnt work (ik it was dumb spamming that). Could the issue be too many tabs or something, I'm panicking so much rn. Any help is appreciated, Thank you!
