Mac App Store keeps Loading when updating apps

I am trying to update Pages, Keynote, Numbers and iMovie, I had to download it from the Apple Support website and when I tried to update it in the Mac App Store, It keeps loading and never updates

I want the latest version of iMovie, Pages, Keynote and Numbers.
